This castle is available for rent. Please contact us via email (partyloopnz@gmail.com) before placing an order. The daily rental fee is $60/day, with a maximum rental period of 5 days. You will need to make a one-time payment of $300 as a deposit and rental fee. The fee will be refunded to your account based on the actual number of days used after the product is returned. Please note that the refund may take 1-2 business days to reach your account. If you have any questions, please contact us via email. The rental period is calculated from the day you receive the product until the day you return it, excluding the shipping days. The fee covers only the days you sign for and use the product. Please return the product before the 5-day period expires. No refund will be issued for days beyond the rental period. We will provide a shipping label for your convenience when returning the product. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchase and use. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during use."
How to Rent：
Contact Us: Before placing an order, please reach out to us via email at partyloopnz@gmail.com to check the availability of the castle for your desired dates.
Payment: Once the availability is confirmed, you will need to make a one-time payment of $300, which includes deposit and rental fee for 5 days.
Confirmation: After receiving your payment, we will confirm your booking and provide you with rental instructions and disclaimer information.
Shipping and Receiving: The castle will be shipped to your provided address. The rental period starts from the day you receive the product until the day you return it. The shipping days are not included in the rental period.
Using the Castle: Enjoy the use of the castle for the number of days you have selected. Please ensure that you follow all safety guidelines and usage instructions provided.
Returning the Castle: Before the 5-day rental period expires, please package the castle securely and use the provided shipping label to return it to us. Failure to return the castle on time will result in no refund for the additional days.
Refund: After we receive the castle and inspect it for any damages, we will process your refund based on the actual number of days used. The refund may take 1-2 business days to reflect in your account.
