SHIPPING

Please note that all our orders are dispatched from the AUCKLAND Storage, please pay attention to select postage at checkout.

Our product will be delivered by NZ Post carrier. We will only deliver products ordered through the site to a location where we can provide delivery services. We do not ship dangerous or restricted goods. We recommend you be present to accept the delivery of your order.
Delivery times for small items is 1 to 5 working days and large items 3 to 5 days (+ extra 2-3 days for rural addresses) . Please make sure to select correct shipping option to avoid delay in despatch of your order. If you live in a rural address, we recommend getting your products delivered to you work/family/friend at a non-rural address to receive your parcel faster.
If any questions please contact us for a shipping fee quote and we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
Auckland: 1–3 business days
North Island: 2–4 business days
South Island: 3–6 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Event dates
Customers are responsible for ordering early enough to allow delivery before their event. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed in writing. We are not responsible for missed events due to courier delays.

Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.

Courier delays
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier company. We are not liable for courier delays, peak seasonal backlogs, weather disruptions, or access issues beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in lodging a courier investigation where appropriate.

Incorrect address
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Authority to leave
If a courier leaves a parcel at the delivery address in accordance with their delivery procedures, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will assist with a courier investigation if required.

SHIPPING

-How long does the shipping take?

A:Our  courier comes every day at around 1:30 pm, so if you order before that time, your order will be shipped the same day and it should get to you in 1-5 working days. Rural delivery can take up to 3 days extra. Once we send your parcel out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep an eye on the tracking and contact us or NZ POST Couriers directly in case your parcel hasn’t been delivered within our standard delivery time frame so we can make sure it gets to you in time.

-Do you do overnight delivery?

A:We can’t guarantee that your products will get to you overnight. We recommend letting us know in the comments with your order when you need your products by so we can put  an urgent sticker on your package, but we still can’t 100% guarantee overnight delivery as it is out of our control once the courier has the goods.

-Can I pick up my online order?

A:Yes, We are online based business, located at North Shore Auckland, our pick up address is Wairau Valley North Shore(Please leave your phone number if you choose to pickup option)

Time available: Mon - Fri : 9:30am - 2:00pm, 4pm - 6pm.(Hours of pickup are subject to change, please contact us before you come to pickup (TXT Only))
