Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on the Party Loop website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders and payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Product information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, measurements, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen display, supplier manufacturing differences, or packaging changes. Such variations are not considered defects.

Balloons and decorations
Balloons and decorative items require proper handling and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for balloons that deflate, oxidise, pop, or change appearance due to temperature, humidity, inflation method, over-inflation, or handling after delivery. Once delivered, care of the items becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Event dates
Customers are responsible for ordering early enough to allow delivery before their event. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Courier timeframes are estimates only.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for courier delays, weather events, peak seasonal volumes, address access issues, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility rests with the courier provider.

Incorrect address
Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Use of products
All products sold by Party Loop are decorative items and are not toys unless specifically stated. Adult supervision is required when children are present. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unsafe use of our products.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Party Loop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including event disruption, postponed celebrations, missed occasions, or additional expenses arising from product use or delivery delays.

Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
