Party Loop Refund & Return Policy

At Party Loop, we want your celebration to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Return Window
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, event cancellations or postponements, incorrect selection (including colour, size or quantity), or orders placed too late for your event.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition with proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, balloons (inflated or not), opened decoration packs, used or assembled items, customised or personalised products, and clearance or sale items cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ordering early enough before their event. We are not responsible for courier delays or parcels delivered within the courier’s estimated timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at partyloopnz@gmail.com and include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. After assessment, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
